Three Time Lord robes in-progress
Derek’s needs the sleeve pieces sewn together, Chase’s has the sleeves cut but I need to go through and put the stabilizer and interfacing and lining on.
I took mine apart to recut the lining of the main body and the sleeves. I’ve got one other side to unpick tonight, then I can cut the new pieces and get it put back together.
And while I’m here, Hocus Pocus stuff.
My costume is coming along, I’ve got the boning in the base of the bodice (seen here, I haven’t put the last layer on since I’ve got to embroider it). I dyed the chiffon for the side pieces and it’s just pinned on right now. The skirt is what I’m working on, now – I’ve been doing the tassels along the bottom of edge of the red part, and it’s taking forever. But once I do that, I can hem the rest of it, weather it, and put the waistband and zipper in.
I’ll take a picture of Ash’s tonight, but I’ve got her skirt started, and her bodice pieces cut and fitted. I’m hoping to get the Time Lords I’m currently working on done this weekend and get back to hers, because what’s left of those pieces shouldn’t take long.
